Anti Drive-By Kit

Anti Drive-By Kit was the first drive-by prevention tool of it's kind. Drive-by's are a pain in SA-MP because they are extremely over powered and they auto-aim. This script gave the ability to make sure players can not drive-by, as it ruined everyone elses fun.

This script did contain a few logical error's, but by the time I got my priority's correct with other things, my creation led to the birth of another script, which did practically the same thing.
