MSN Announcer

MSN Announcer is an application written in VB.NET that was created to announce a message to all online contacts. It was created primarily for learning, and working with the Messenger API to learn and achieve success in implementing it with VB.NET apps.

A bug reported by Matt Reynolds was fixed according an unhandled exception towards the SendKeys API. Now only alphabetic characters are handled.
Now disregards blocked contacts.
