RC Entering Filterscript

RC Entering Filterscript gives players the ability to enter remote control vehicles, regardless of the fact you can't do it normally. The script was made by a SA-MP Developer named Cam, and a known scripter named mabako, and I merely made it work with an array of vehicleid's so it would work with remote control cars.
